This comic is the story of my family’s immigration from Russia to Israel in 2022. Clearly, immigration is much more than just moving yourself and your suitcases to a new home. And even after almost 2 years, we can’t say that the process is over. But our 3-day trip was an important milestone for our relocation to a new reality.
When we get on an airplane, time seems to stand still and continues when we have landed. The past is life in Russia, the future is life in Israel. And what’s in between?
